I would like to offer that a distinction be made between Intelligent deign as a euphemism for creationist dogma and Intelligent Design as a serious intellectual inquiry.

Intelligent Design discussed as a relabeled manifesto of laudation of some personally interested GOD that is Metaphysical in nature, is not, in my estimation, worthy of genuine scientific scrutiny. It is a "Faith vs. Reason" debate that is intractable because proponents of either side have the conviction that they each possess knowledge that the other is not privy to.And It also presupposes that there isn't anything more important than the Human condition, and it's concerns.

Intelligent Design discussed as an Intellectual inquiry into the nature of ALL existence, is a much more open ended and dynamic discussion. Taking Humans out of the spot light of the perceptually dominant life form,

It is with the latter in mind that I shall frame my answers to the posed questions,

Q1: Why are our individual body parts not interchangeable as they would be in cars or aircraft?

The human system is designed to be systemically self supporting and has redundancy components embedded withing the system in order to be self sustaining. The modularity of components between systems is evident on a cellular and molecular level.

Q2. If we’re made by a designer, where’s his/her actual trademark, logo, watermark or identification?

Aside from the metaphysical bent of the question, I think this is a valid question. What is the signature pattern that defines that a conscious effort was the impetus for systemic design.

I like to think, all dynamic systems are intelligent, regardless of whether or not each individual system is aware of or responds to the intelligence of other systems. Choices are made by each system Choices that seems to imply the willingness of the system to survive. The pattern of relationships that show a willingness to survive determine the signature, the commonality. There are many logos (sic) there are many watermarks, There are many identities.

Q3. Why are humans so vulnerable and lack natural weapons for self-defense, relying only on technology?

I have to ask what presupposes that any system is not vulnerable. Any defense subsystems in place to defend the system in which they reside are evidence of a natural inclination for self defense. The success of the defenses determine the longevity of the system as a successful pattern of survival. The Dinosaurs were systems that survived millions of years due largely to their defense subsystems. The success of any system is not guaranteed.

Q4. Why do humans lack specialization in their designs? What job were we designed to do?

We are specialized to do everything we do. If we were not, we would not survive very long.

Q5. Why do we have extra components and vestigial parts? Aren’t they just a waste of resources?

All dynamic systems that are self sustaining must adapt to their environment. As adaptation occurs there will naturally be vestigial components that atrophy over time.
Dynamic surviving, self sustaining systems cannot afford wasted resources, The word resource denotes a consumer and the consumed. As a system adapts to it's environment the only reason a resource would not be consumed, is if the relationship changed and what was once consumed becomes an a component in the survival of the system which is more valuable intact rather than broken down and consumed.

His name is Rose. we washed Beemers together in the deadest of night in the sweltering heat of a Phoenix moon.Slick black sensuous curves polished by caring hands. $8 an hour or less, I don't remember. His most known for his musical talent and was in the Tempe, AZ scene quite a bit.This picture was taken by me at Erich and Ronnie's place on New Years Eve of 1999/2000. Sahara came through and some other girl, maybe some one else, yeah I think four was in that group.Rose freaked me out. but I thought that his appearance was the best. Not that there were not many memorable moments. But I do remember starting to play guitar and then sifting off. Do not be misled. Tis was a powerful person.

Paul is his own story, and quite possibly legend, depending on how true I can make his story.
